B. Service Commitment
1. Ensure to provide users with good pre-sales and after-sales services, introduce product performance and usage requirements, and provide relevant information before ordering& Nbsp< Br/> 2. Provide technical training on user needs, track and access user quality, timely improve product performance based on user needs, and continuously improve product quality< Br/> 3. After receiving a notice from the user requesting to solve any problems that may arise during the use of the product, our company made a preliminary response in a short period of time, and major issues were resolved on site< Br/> 4. The equipment and products supporting the project shall be delivered in accordance with the contract requirements. For those requiring technical services, professional technical service personnel will be dispatched to participate in the unpacking acceptance and guide the installation and debugging work until the equipment operates normally< Br/>
C. Instructions for returning the repair machine to the factory for maintenance
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, customers are required to bear the cost of round-trip transportation if:< Br/> 1. Not covered by warranty< Br/> 2. If it is not due to our company's product itself and needs to be repackaged at the factory< Br/> 3. It exceeds the warranty scope but can be repaired for free upon application< Br/> 4. Within the warranty scope, but without consulting with our company, it is directly shipped back to the factory< Br/>
